Juneteenth (June 19th) is considered the day that the last enslaved people were freed in America.

There are celebrations happening all over The Capital Region that you can take part in.

 

The Alice Moore Black Arts & Cultural Center from Noon to 5pm (Albany's South End) on June 15th
