6 Big Country Hits Crossed Over To #1 On The Pop Charts In One Year

Country Music Memories - Glen Campbell joins 6 Country Hits that exploded on to the pop charts in one year - 1975 

A lot of songs and artists cross back and forth to the pop charts in modern Country Music.  However, this is nothing new.  This week (August 26) in 1975, Glen Campbell peaked at #1 with 'Rhinestone Cowboy'. The year was full of Country Blockbusters, and Campbell would join 6 other #1 Country Hits that also peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Pop Charts in the same year!  Remember these Country Crossover Hits from 1975?
