I have a beautiful Cardinal that hangs out at my house, I believe it is the same one each year. When I am out it really chirps away at me every time without fail. I always tell my wife that it's her mother yelling at me. LOL! She says she thinks it is too. The thing that is hilarious is that it only chirps at me, and when my wife is out it just quietly looks at her. I don't know if she is mad at me about something, or if she is telling me to be nice to her daughter. All I know is she will be there waiting for me when I get home again and if she wasn't I would be worried. Many people believe that Cardinals are loved ones that have passed on.
