I was out raking my lawn over the weekend and picking up all the sticks to help the lawn come is as good as I can. I also gabbed my pieces of 2 by 4 and my 2 blocks that I use every year to level off my big grill and smoker every year and will be rolling it out of the garage and setting it up for duty this weekend. To me that is when I know Spring is here. I spend a lot of time smoking briskets, pork shoulders, chicken and grilling burgers, dogs and sausages. My neighbors always come out when they smell the food cooking and say "Wow, that smells great, when are we eating?" LOL! I always share with them, as a good grilling neighbor should!
